Our challenge
As an UX Designer, candidate will be responsible and passionate UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating engaging and effective user experiences. Candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to design and optimize products that meet user needs.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Sunrise, FL is $105k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Advocate for users and ensure a user-centered approach throughout the product development lifecycle. Requirements:
You are:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of User Experience ; preferably in web applications pertaining to financial applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with business and product teams.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus We can offer you:
